Shipping policy

Delivery

We usually dispatch your order within 2–3 business days. As we are a small business, delays may occasionally occur during busy periods such as trade shows. However, we always strive to provide the best possible service.

You are always welcome to contact us if you have any questions regarding your shipment.

We ship to all of Denmark and the EU.
Shipping rates start from 39 DKK.

Your items will be delivered to the address provided at checkout. Orders within Denmark are shipped with DAO or GLS.

For EU deliveries, we use a range of trusted shipping partners depending on the destination. The selected carrier will be shown at checkout or in your shipping confirmation.

If the selected pickup point is full, your parcel will be redirected to the nearest available pickup location, and you will be notified.

Deliveries are made on all weekdays.

If you do not collect your parcel in time and it is returned to us, any costs related to reshipping and handling will be charged to you.

Pre-orders

Some of our products are offered as pre-orders. This means the product is not yet in stock but can be reserved in advance in limited quantities.

For pre-orders, we always provide an estimated delivery time. This is indicative and based on the best available information at the time of ordering. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control, such as production or shipping.

By placing a pre-order, you secure access to the product before it sells out.

Orders Containing Pre-order Items

If your order contains both:

  • in-stock items and
  • one or more pre-order items

the order will, by default, be shipped together once the pre-order item is in stock.

If you wish to receive in-stock items sooner, we recommend placing a separate order.

Payment

Payment for pre-orders is charged at the time the order is placed, even if delivery takes place at a later date.

Changes and Cancellation

If significant changes occur to the expected delivery time, we will contact you as soon as possible.
